Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Purchases on Legendary Labs Shop are delivered to a Legendary Labs game account that you identify at checkout (your “Player ID”). You are responsible for entering the correct Player ID. Deliveries made to the Player ID you provided are deemed validly delivered, even if you entered an ID that does not belong to you.

• Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time without notice. The price at the moment your order is confirmed is the price you pay.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
• Payment is processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). You agree to comply with their terms in addition to ours.

Items purchased through Legendary Labs Shop are digital goods consumed inside the relevant Legendary Labs game. Items are typically credited to your Player ID within minutes of a successful payment, but delivery may take longer in rare cases. Once an item is delivered to your in-game account, it is considered consumed for the purpose of these Terms.

Virtual items, currencies, and other digital goods sold on Legendary Labs Shop are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them inside the corresponding Legendary Labs game, subject to the game's own terms. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game.

You agree not to:

• Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer purchased items outside the game.
• Circumvent any security, rate-limit, anti-fraud, or anti-cheat measure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its APIs.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, reverse deliveries, and revoke purchased items in case of violation, fraud, or chargeback.

Use of the underlying Legendary Labs game is governed by that game's own Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in or to the game beyond what those terms provide.

The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Legendary Labs and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 05, no rights are granted to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legendary Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Legendary Labs through the Service in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 50.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or caused harm to other users, to Legendary Labs, or to third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
